Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
Maintain front desk operations by processing reservations, cancellations, and billing transactions accurately
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards




Support guest services by offering assistance with luggage, directions, or special requests to enhance their stay

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably at a front desk or hotel setting
Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
Solid interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is highly desirable
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
