Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Duties
Perform oil changes and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring all services are completed accurately and efficiently.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct maintenance tasks on various vehicle systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and service recommendations.
Assist in heavy lifting and moving of automotive parts as necessary during service operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.




Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience
Previous mechanic experience is preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a fast-paced environment.
