Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Windsor Plywood. This role is essential in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be based in Canada and will contribute significantly to our commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Assist customers with inquiries related to product specifications and availability.




Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably within the home improvement industry.
Solid communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability in business development and negotiating skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
