In this role, you report to the Group Sales Manager and are responsible for greeting customers, processing payments, and promoting store programs. You will interact with customers and help solve issues while following all policies and procedures.

Experience in sales or service is valued for this role.

Process payments quickly and accurately
Promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain store operations through clean and organized workstations

Requirements:
Sales or service experience, preferred one year
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to exceed customer expectations
Outdoor product knowledge is a plus
