MPA are seeking an experienced Dermatologist to lead and develop our dermatology offering within a modern, multidisciplinary private healthcare practice.

This role combines medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on high-quality, personalized care. You will work alongside primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to skin health, prevention, and overall wellbeing.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a broad range of dermatological conditions
Providing medical and cosmetic dermatology consultations
Performing appropriate cosmetic and dermatological procedures
Developing personalized treatment and preventive skin-health plans
Educating patients clearly on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
Collaborating with primary care and wellness professionals where dermatological concerns overlap with broader health needs
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care through the EMR
Helping shape and develop the clinic’s dermatology service as it grows

What We’re Looking For
Dermatologist certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)




Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Experience across both medical and cosmetic dermatology
Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
Experience delivering natural, patient-focused cosmetic outcomes
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
Interest in preventive health, longevity, and the relationship between skin health and overall wellbeing

This is a low-volume, patient-focused private practice model designed to give physicians more time with each patient.
