Job Description:

We are looking to expand our service team, with a skilled and detail-oriented Automatic Door Technician. The qualified technician will lead and complete installations, repairs, and maintenance of various types of doors, including but not limited to automatic swing, sliding and revolving entrance systems, hollow metal, aluminum, glass and wood entrances as well as door hardware. Duties may include:
Installing and servicing of automatic sliding doors, automatic swing door operators and glazing
Installing and servicing actuators, relays, electrified hardware and door integration
Door, glass, and hardware installations in accordance with specifications
Troubleshoot, repair and adjustments of automatic and architectural door hardware
Maintain a clean worksite




Complete work orders and safety forms via electronic device including pictures required upon completion
Provide exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns
Provide training to other apprentices

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an automatic door technician preferred
Asset: AAADM Certification
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for door installation and repair
Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and solutions-based attitude
Valid G driver's license and clean driving record
Self-directed and able to work independently

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hour day shifts
