Key Responsibilities:
Follow up quickly and consistently with all incoming leads (inbound calls, web inquiries, direct response marketing).
Nurture prospective buyers and sellers through phone, email, and text communications.
Qualify leads on their timeline and motivation,



converting them into set appointments for our realtors.
Maintain accurate notes and lead status tracking within our CRM.
