Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, including paving and heavy equipment operation, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of diverse building projects. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills in construction work.

Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling to ensure efficient workflow
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers safely and effectively
Perform paving tasks including laying asphalt or concrete as directed by supervisors
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work workplace
Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks related to construction projects
Assist in setting up scaffolding, barricades,



and other temporary structures as needed
Contribute to the overall progress of construction projects by performing manual labor tasks

Qualifications
Prior experience or familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures is advantageous
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Robust work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn recent skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license is a plus for transportation to job sites
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
