Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and operational.
Execute commercial cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations.




Maintain custodial supplies inventory and report any shortages to management.

Skills
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning purposes.
Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to clean thoroughly while adhering to safety standards.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Experience in commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.25-$20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
