In addition to regular teaching responsibilities, the role also includes:

- Involvement in pedagogical days organized by the College
- Participation in departmental meetings
- Involvement in student-focused activities such as field trips, competitions, and year-end Graduate Exhibition.
- Performing other department related administrative duties

Required Qualifications

- CSMLS general certification recommended; OPTMQ membership asset
- B.Sc. in a related field or equivalent
- Four (4) years relevant hospital and / or clinical experience
- Teaching experience at the college level an asset
- Excellent English communication skills essential
- General knowledge of French is an asset.
- Expertise* in at least two (2) of the sub-disciplines listed below:

- Clinical Biochemistry




- Clinical Microbiology
- Hematology and Hemostasis
- Histopathology and Techniques
- Transfusion Science

* This may include recent clinical work experience, post DEC education or a Department sanctioned test.
