resilient and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM Ability to build trust and maintain momentum throughout a consultative sales cycle, from initial engagement through to contract signature.

B2B consultative sales experience Desirable: MSP or IT Services experience Information Security awareness Existing local business network Experience selling recurring managed service or subscription-based solutions The emphasis should be on attitude, commercial acumen and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Technical knowledge can be developed with support from the wider team, but the ability to build confidence, negotiate effectively and close business is fundamental to the role.
