ARK Home Improvements is a growing residential renovation and construction company looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help generate new leads, build relationships, and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new residential renovation and construction leads
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with homeowners, realtors, property managers, builders, and other referral partners
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, local outreach, and other channels
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries
- Follow up with potential customers and previous estimates
- Schedule qualified leads for estimates and site visits
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales, business development, marketing,



or lead generation preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable finding current business
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Knowledge of home renovation/construction is an asset
- Digital marketing and social media experience is an asset

Compensation:
