The Vancouver Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP seeks a highly motivated lawyer to join our national Business Law Group. The successful candidate will join a team that provides a full range of legal advice to clients that operate in a wide range of industries.

The ideal candidate is motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues and appreciates superior technology and other support. The candidate will have:

- 3 – 5 years of post-call corporate, commercial and/or securities law experience;
- Excellent academic and skilled credentials;
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
- A demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.

Salary Range:



$145K – $185K The successful applicant will work closely with leading business law lawyers and be part of a top-tier team providing sophisticated legal advice to a diverse range of Canadian and international clients.
