Overview
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills within a fast-paced food service environment, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS and demonstrating strong time management and customer service abilities.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times in compliance with health regulations
Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations




Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation protocols
Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cashiering and bill calculations
Experience with food handling, food safety, and food industry best practices is desirable
Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus but not mandatory
Good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
