Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and prioritizing tasks
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, including storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow
Follow all restaurant policies related to food preparation, safety, and customer service standards

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry
Skilled in meal preparation techniques including cooking methods, plating, and presentation
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
