What You’ll Do

As part of our Customer Service Team, you’ll be an important first point of contact for our customers and dealer partners while supporting our Financial Services team.
Provide friendly, qualified customer service by phone and email
Take customer credit applications over the phone
Accurately enter financing applications into lender platforms
Communicate with customers and dealers to gather required information
Work closely with our Financial Services team to keep deals moving smoothly
Handle confidential customer information with care
Learn our financing processes, products and lender programs
