Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients across various age groups, including children and adolescents.
Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches aligned with best practices.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic support.
Manage case documentation accurately, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes to inform ongoing treatment strategies and improve service quality.




Engage in case management activities such as scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and resource referrals.
Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and external providers regarding treatment progress and care plans.

Experience
Proven experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
Background in clinical environments demonstrating familiarity with mental health care treatment and patient care protocols.
Experience conducting research or data collection related to mental health or related fields.
Knowledge of special education needs and strategies for supporting children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
Strong understanding of case management principles within healthcare or mental health services.
