Job description

Perform inspections and maintenance on fire extinguishers including cleaning, repairing, documenting and installation. Submit reports and paperwork in a timely and organized fashion.

Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include:
assisting with inspections, repairs, and service
conducting visual inspections of fire extinguishers

-completing and submitting daily reports
availability to work days up to 35 hours/wk

Qualifications include:
formal fire technician education is an asset but not required
ability to work in a team environment
mobile platform/fall arrest certification an asset
excellent written and verbal communication skills
solid organizational and time management skills
robust attention to detail




positive & enthusiastic, detail-oriented team player

Requirements include:
valid/current Nova Scotia License with clean abstract
access to a vehicle
secondary school diploma, minimum
ability to lift up to 50lbs
