Contribute to youth development as an Awake Overnight Support Practitioner with Enviros. This role requires a trauma-informed approach to support youth during overnight shifts. As a Youth and Family Support Practitioner, you will manage individual cases for youth in the Passages Program, fostering a protected and welcoming environment.

Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to maintain effective care and support. A focus on documentation and adherence to protocols ensures compliance with Enviros’ standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage individual youth cases in the Passages Program
Create a safe, welcoming setting for youth
Build trust and rapport with the youth in care
Provide meals and maintain a clean home setting
Document progress accurately and maintain records Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Human Services
Experience with trauma-informed and strengths-based practices
Group care program experience is essential
First Aid and CPR certification required
