About the Role
MTW Traffic is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers for a high-visibility contract running from Sept 19th to Oct 6th, with a possible extension till end of Oct, 2026.
You'll be directing cyclists and pedestrian traffic around an active construction zone in a busy campus workplace. This is an outdoor, on-your-feet role — if you're reliable, safety-conscious, and don't mind working outside in all weather, we want to hear from you.

Shifts
Monday to Friday (no weekends)
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (9-hour days with two 30 minutes breaks)
Statutory holidays off

What We're Looking For
Must be able to stand and remain alert for up to 9 hours per day outdoors
Must be punctual and dependable — your post cannot be left unstaffed
Robust communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and follow direction
Previous traffic control or flagging experience is an asset but not required — we train
Valid TCP (Traffic Control Person) certification is required ($49.95 cost)

Steel-toed safety boots (mandatory — must be worn on day one)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
