Join the Halifax Regional Municipality as a Project Manager for Employee Engagement. This full time position focuses on employee initiatives aimed at creating a supportive workplace culture.

You will manage the design and implementation of comprehensive employee engagement strategies, working with various business units to tailor their action plans. The Employee Engagement Specialist will also champion diversity and inclusion efforts while ensuring performance tracking and reporting of engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee corporate-wide employee engagement survey projects
Track and report progress on action plans
Work closely with internal Diversity and Inclusion teams
Provide engagement tools for different work groups
Develop key performance metrics for initiatives

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
At least two years of project management experience
Three years developing change management strategies
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
Solid communication and relationship management abilities
