In this role, you will assist members with inquiries and registration, conduct facility tours, and ensure a responsive and friendly atmosphere. You will be responsible for accurate cash reconciliation and communicating service issues, ensuring each member feels valued. Key Responsibilities:
Address member inquiries and provide accurate information
Assist members with registration and membership processing
Provide tours of the facility to prospective members
Maintain a well-organized and stocked service area
Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year in customer service
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with systems like CLASS and Fusion
