Responsibilities
Deliver qualified hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging clients warmly, listening carefully to their needs, and offering expert advice.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards rigorously to ensure a protected and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions,



and product recommendations.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Experience
Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing versatility in hair styling techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to the beauty industry to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and retail customers.
Experience in retail sales or upselling is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for promoting products is essential.
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
