Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement QI initiatives across KHSC
• Conduct assessments to identify improvement areas
• Lead investigations for incident reviews and care quality




• Collaborate on developing policy affecting patient safety
• Share meaningful safety data to implement practice changes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Degree in a relevant area; Master’s preferred
• Certification in QI methodology is an asset
• Clinical experience in acute care preferred
• Robust communication and project management skills
