Key Responsibilities:
Supervise purchase order system adherence
Manage the entry of invoices accurately
Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations
Conduct daily audits of cash and credit card transactions
Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory counts

Requirements:
Education in accounting from college or university
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Previous hotel experience advantageous
Proficient in Outstanding Plains Dynamics or similar software
