Compensation
Competitive base salary between $60,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience, along with recent business commission on any leads.

Responsibilities
Manage and support an existing high-net-worth client book, including renewals, policy modifications, and client reviews
Provide personalized service to VIP clients, addressing their coverage needs with tailored solutions
Collaborate with team members to enhance the high-net-worth client segment
Ensure compliance with appraisal requirements, educational initiatives, and event participation




Process policy changes efficiently and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications
Five or more years of experience as a Personal Lines Broker
Alberta Level 2 license
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
Experience managing high-net-worth or VIP client accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle complex policies and adapt to specialized client needs
