As a tutor and mentor with Scholars of Oakville Joshua Creek, you will be responsible to provide superior individualized academic support to students. You are joining a dynamic team who want you to make a difference for each student who you have the chance of working with!

Essential Job Functions
Instruct / teach students from JK to Grade. 12 for French / English / Math / Science/ Chemistry / Biology
Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required
Prepare teaching materials / student's folders for each student as per the Scholars guideline when required

Must Have Requirements:
Ontario certified teacher and/or University degree in Math, Science or Engineering program
Past French / English / Math /Science/Chemistry / Biology teaching experience
Available Monday to Thursday from 4 pm to 8 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm
Robust communication skills and multitasking abilities




Experience with students in a teaching or tutoring environment
Excellent organizational skills

Work Location: In person

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 to 10 hours per week

Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 4 pm to 8 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm
