NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled chef to lead a catering team, delivering excellent service to patients, visitors and staff. The role requires overseeing a patient- and staff-focused food delivery service, maintaining high quality standards and ensuring cost targets are met.
The successful candidate will work 24 hours per week, with shifts 08:00–16:30 across Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon, and there is some flexibility to meet service needs.
