Healthcare Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to manage electronic health and clinical software projects. The ideal candidate will have robust project management experience in healthcare, with knowledge of medication workflows and healthcare privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead healthcare and clinical software projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues, resources, dependencies, and quality.
- Define and implement health system business requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, hospital, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Support medication workflows and related business processes.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure projects follow applicable healthcare privacy policies and legislation.

Required Experience





- 5–8+ years managing electronic health-related projects, preferably clinical software implementations.
- 5–8+ years of project management experience covering scope, risk, scheduling, planning, and quality management.
- 4–5+ years of experience with medication workflows in pharmacies, hospitals, and/or health records.
- Experience with health system business requirements definition and implementation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of HPPA, FIPPA, and PHIPA.

Healthcare, clinical systems, and medication workflow experience are strongly preferred.
