We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist / Body Worker / Reflexologist to join our wellness team in Metrotown, Burnaby. This role involves providing therapeutic treatments that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of bodywork techniques, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their health goals.

Experience with medical terminology is a plus, as it enhances the ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand treatment plans. This position offers an opportunity to work in a serene setting dedicated to holistic health and customer satisfaction.

Duties
Perform various bodywork therapies including massage, reflexology, and other holistic treatments tailored to individual client needs
Assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans to maximize relaxation and therapeutic benefits
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices or products
Document client sessions accurately while respecting confidentiality and privacy policies




Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling and client flow during operational hours

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Body Worker, Reflexologist, or similar role in a wellness or spa setting
Knowledge of medical terminology related to bodywork treatments is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client questions effectively
Certification or licensing in massage therapy, reflexology, or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory depending on regional requirements
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in a quick-paced workplace
Passion for holistic health and helping clients achieve their wellness goals

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
