As a certified Structural Steel Welder Fitter at Ritchie's Welding Inc., you will play a vital role in our experienced team specializing in structural steel fabrication. This in office position offers you the chance to fit, position, and weld components according to detailed blueprints while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble steel components by following shop drawings
• Perform GMAW and FCAW welding according to procedures
• Safely operate heavy shop equipment and machinery
• Measure finished workpieces accurately to standards




• Ensure safety and quality during production processes

Requirements:
• Highly preferred: Valid Canadian Welding Bureau certifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fabrication shop
• Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Required: valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Must pass federal security screening for projects
