Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging Body Mechanics workshops for students
Teach safe lifting, transferring, and positioning techniques
Customize workshop content to align with student requirements




Provide hands-on training to enhance student confidence
Create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Requirements:
Member in good standing with BCCNM or BC Care Aide Registry
At least five years experience as an HCA, LPN, or RN
Teaching experience is preferable
