Service Reception Coordinator Whitby Toyota is seeking a reliable, qualified, and customer-focused Service Reception Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service calendar
Check customers in and out for vehicle service and repairs
Coordinate vehicle pick-up procedures
Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians regarding vehicle status
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and payment processing
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times




Utilize dealer management softwares and other technology platforms ie. Google suite

Qualifications & Skills
Previous customer service or reception experience preferred (automotive experience is an asset)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Computer skills (scheduling systems, email, point-of-sale systems)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
