Calscapes | Calgary, AB | Full time, Seasonal | $20.00–$24.00/hr, based on experience

Calscapes has been keeping Calgary properties safe and moving for over 20 years. We're a full-service landscaping, construction, and snow & ice removal company, and unlike a lot of shops out there, we run entirely in-house crews — no subcontractors, no guesswork on who shows up to your site.

We're hiring Snow Removal Laborers for the winter season to join our commercial and residential crews.

What you'll do
Shovel and explicit snow from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways
Apply salt and sand/ice melt
Support equipment operators in office (spotting, hand work in tight areas)
Load and unload materials and equipment
Work as part of a crew responding to snow events, often on short notice

What we're looking for
Able to work outdoors in cold, physically demanding conditions




Comfortable with early mornings, evenings, weekends — snow doesn't keep business hours
Reliable transportation to the office
Previous landscaping, construction, or snow removal experience is an asset but not required — we'll train the right person
Team player who takes pride in the work

What you get
Competitive wage: $20.00–$24.00/hr depending on experience
