Step into this permanent, onsite position at HearCANADA and become part of a dedicated Client Care team. You will be engaged in managing appointments and providing tailored experiences for each client. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at our North Maple clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Create exceptional personalized experiences for every client
Coordinate the clinic’s schedule efficiently with follow-up actions
Drive sales initiatives for products and services offered
Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions
Perform essential administrative tasks for the clinic
Requirements:
Relevant customer service experience, preferably healthcare-related
Robust communication and organizational aptitude
Full time commitment to the North Maple clinic
