Key Responsibilities:
• Support complex deals, ensuring policy compliance
• Review and validate customer quotes for accuracy
• Partner with Sales and Finance to resolve inquiries
• Maintain records in Salesforce and improve QTC processes
• Deliver training and support for QTC tool enhancements
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant operational experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ platforms is a must
