We are hiring a Bilingual Test Analyst with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Amazon Connect. This hybrid role will require you to work onsite 3 to 4 days a week, developing and executing comprehensive test cases to ensure optimal performance of cloud-based contact solutions. Key Responsibilities:
