In this role, you'll leverage your 15+ years of architectural experience to manage complex projects from design through contract administration. You will collaborate with clients and consultants, ensuring all phases, including working drawings and municipal approvals, are executed with precision. High technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Guide staff in the preparation of working drawings and sketches
Manage predesign, design, and contract phases for various projects




Work with partners on project budgeting and timelines
Coordinate effectively within the project team and external consultants
Supervise the creation of 3D models and renderings Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or relevant field
OAA membership or eligibility is advantageous
