As a Casual Residential Child and Youth Care Worker, you will play a central role in the daily lives of children dealing with developmental disabilities. The position requires relevant certifications, including First Aid/CPR and NVCI or MANDT Training. Key Responsibilities: • Offer nurturing support in daily activities • Assist in developing and following care plans • Foster a positive and enriching setting • Maintain open communication with stakeholders • Record observations and report on youth’s progress

Requirements: • Diploma or experience in child/youth care • NVCI or MANDT Training certification • Class 5 BC Driver’s License • Completed Criminal Record Check • First Aid/CPR certified
