Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator to join an established finance team in Vancouver.

This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong end‑to‑end AR experience who is comfortable managing a variety of customer accounts, resolving complex issues, and working independently. You’ll also act as a senior resource within the team, providing guidance and support to more junior team members.

Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day accounts receivable activities across a portfolio of customer accounts
Support billing, collections, cash application, credit reviews and account reconciliations
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding account issues
Monitor customer accounts and assist with credit and collection decisions




Work with internal teams to resolve billing and payment matters
Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation
Assist with AR reporting, procedures and internal controls
Support and mentor junior team members with more complex transactions
Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and workflows

Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
4+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable, credit, collections or related accounting experience
Solid understanding of the full accounts receivable cycle
Experience with credit, collections, billing, cash application and reconciliations
