Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the assigned childcare program
• Lead recruitment and staff orientation processes
• Provide ongoing performance evaluation and feedback




• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation practices
• Collaborate with management on program improvement strategies

Requirements:
• Three years of relevant experience, including administrative duties
• Diploma in human/social services or related field
• Proven leadership abilities
• Valid First Aid Certification
• Class 4 Driver's Licence or willingness to obtain
