Key Responsibilities:
• Assess occupational needs and create individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the client care team on interventions
• Document client progress and therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain regular communication with clients and their families
• Attend to continuous learning and improvement in practice
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Currently registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle access
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads
• Experience with electronic documentation and virtual client care
