Join Nuvollo as a Senior Cloud Solutions Specialist and take ownership of client success through implementation and support of complex infrastructures. This role focuses on security and cloud deployments. In this Tier 3 escalation position, you will leverage more than five years of experience in Managed Services to design and deploy cloud-based solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Your ability to mentor junior engineers and lead root cause analysis will drive long-term improvements across client settings in the Toronto and NJ/NY metro areas. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Tier 3 support for escalated client issues
Design and deploy Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations
Troubleshoot various virtualization and storage platforms
Implement security solutions like Microsoft Defender
Provide mentoring and support documentation for junior staff Requirements:
5+ years in an MSP setting focused on cloud solutions
Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations in Microsoft 365
Proficient in PowerShell and RMM tools
