Take charge of campus recruitment at BDO as a Senior Recruiter. Develop and implement effective strategies while providing an exceptional experience for candidates. This 12-month contract role is based in Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, or the GTA.
You will manage the full cycle recruitment process for entry-level roles, co-ops, and internships, ensuring a seamless talent experience. Engage with numerous campus events and strengthen BDO’s employer brand through targeted social media outreach and creative content creation. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee national campus recruitment initiatives and student recruitment
Foster relationships with academic partners and stakeholders
Coordinate and attend recruitment events to attract talent
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Monitor market trends to maintain competitive edge Requirements:
Three years’ experience in campus recruitment preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record in building employer brand
Solid organizational and time management skills
