Key Responsibilities:
• Submit and reconcile physician billing on a weekly basis
• Assist with staff scheduling and training for recent MOAs
• Input and maintain accurate data in the EMR system
• Prepare examination rooms and assist in procedures
• Uphold cleanliness and follow infection control procedures
Requirements:
• Experience as an MOA or in a leadership role
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks
• Familiarity with primary care settings
• CPR certification is a plus
