A major Canadian bank is looking for a network and security expert to design resilient cloud architectures.

A major Canadian bank is looking for an experienced network and security engineer to design and manage secure cloud architectures on AWS and Azure.

The role

You build and manage VPCs, subnets and routing tables, deploy Zero Trust environments, manage next-generation firewalls (Check Point, Cisco FMC, Palo Alto) and an Infoblox DDI infrastructure, while developing infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation.

What we're looking for

- 7-10+ years in network and security engineering
- AWS networking: VPC, Transit Gateway, Security Groups
- Terraform and CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing), Azure network security (NSGs)

Conditions

Montreal, hybrid 2 days/week in office. Permanent position with Abbeal, 12-month engagement with the client.
