- Develop and facilitate clinical education programs for staff
- Spearhead initiatives for continuous professional development




- Work alongside leaders to ensure high-quality client care
- Promote evidence-informed practices within the organization
- Enhance workforce capability through training and onboarding Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least five years of clinical leadership experience
- Strong understanding of mental health and addictions
- Experience in educational program development
