Your mission is to implement national campaigns, support member retention, and effectively communicate the benefits of membership to both recent and lapsed members. Working alongside provincial associations, you'll aim to achieve ambitious growth objectives that contribute to a thriving member community. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of national membership campaigns
- Assist in promoting the benefits of belonging to CNLA
- Re-engage lapsed members through targeted outreach initiatives




- Conduct member interviews to identify needs and improvements
- Partner with Executive Directors to define membership growth goals Requirements:
