Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a part time Behavioural Support Worker to provide direct care to individuals with complex needs in community programs across Midland, Penetanguishene, Collingwood and Wasaga. You will assist with daily activities, implement behavioural training and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop interventions.
Responsibilities include teaching ADLs, documenting progress, and coordinating with care teams while maintaining safety and confidentiality.
