As Maintenance

Manager reporting to the Plant Manager, your leadership will be crucial in directing maintenance efforts across multiple production areas including cheese and whey powder. You will implement reliability strategies, adhere to food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a robust, skilled team. Your expertise will support the plant's operational goals and ensure seamless functionality. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance for cheese and whey processing
Implement preventive maintenance and reliability improvements

Manage budgets and contractor relationships
Analyze root causes of equipment downtime Requirements:
Certified tradesperson or engineering degree
5+ years in a maintenance management role
